Binance faces no charges in the ‘Pig Butchering’ Crypto Scam case

The court judge stated the plaintiff failed to prove the direct involvement of Binance or its subsidiary in the fraud incident that happened with her.

Binance is a top-ranked crypto firm. The services of this exchange are available globally. BinanceUS is one of the subsidiaries of Binance Exchange. This is the reality that Binance operates services in the US but there is another bitter reality that the exchange doesn’t provide services in Hawaii, New York, Texas, and Vermont.

In March 2023, Divya Gadasalli from Texas filed a legal action against the Binance, Poloniex exchange, TD Bank, and Abacus Federal Savings Bank.

Divya confirmed that a man named Jerry Bulasa” on Tinder convinced her to transfer funds in crypto assets. According to Divya, the scammer was able to scam here easily because of the easy support by the mentioned defendants in the suit. She also confirmed that she faced a loss of $8 million in that  ‘Pig Butchering’ Crypto Scam.

‘Pig Butchering’ Crypto Scam is a type of scam, in which a scammer first creates a better romantic relationship with the victim so that he can easily trick the victim to transfer fund transactions.

The court judge confirmed that Plaintiff failed to provide evidence that Binance exchange was involved in that scam and also confirmed that the  Binance & BinanceUS exchange is not accessible in Texas, so how can she blame Binance?

Here such cases are a lesson for everyone to understand that scammers are waiting to steal money everywhere & people need to keep in mind that never transfer funds to any person on any dating website.
