Upgrade to Binance Fan Program Includes Dinner With Sports Stars

Binance offers a new Fan Club program to increase the available rewards for Fan Token holders. Binance has improved its fan token program so that token holders may redeem points for meals and meet-and-greets with their favourite sportsmen.

The new Fan Club platform also enables owners to vote on team choices like uniform designs, warm-up music, and pre-game motivating messages.

Token holders are able to vote on how to connect with sporting teams, such as SS Lazio, FC Porto, and BWT Alpine F1. According to Cointelegraph, they may even redeem points for meals with their favourite sports heroes.

A year ago, FC Porto supporters decided where to have a meet-and-greet, while BWT Alpine fans had the squad shoot a football challenge that went viral. Also, during the 2021 season, the cryptocurrency exchange was the jersey sponsor for the Italian football powerhouse SS Lazio.

As part of its efforts to expand into new markets, cryptocurrency exchange Binance is the official digital currency sponsor of the TotalEnergies Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon. Binance was hired by CAF to promote its media segments, “Assist of the Day,” “Binance Assist of the Week,” and “Binance Assist of the Tournament,” throughout CAF’s social media platforms during the competition.

The exchange collaborated with Portuguese footballer Cristiano Ronaldo to develop and promote a unique NFT collection for the player on the BNB Chain, after Ronaldo’s dramatic departure from their previous club Manchester United late last year. The Super Rare and Super Super Rare categories of the NFT collection outsold the BNB chain for a seven-day period beginning in early November 2022.

In October 2021, during the height of the 2021 bull market, Binance paid the Italian football club Napoli $32 million to become the jersey sponsor.

Binance joins a growing number of crypto businesses aiming to improve brand exposure among sports fans with Web 3 technology.

A number of companies, including Crypto.com and Coinbase Global, signed significant sponsorship arrangements with Formula One and the NBA. The FTX Arena, home of the Los Angeles Lakers of the National Basketball Association, was renamed by the Bahamian exchange in a multi-year arrangement before its collapse in November of last year.
