Kevin O’Leary, the outspoken investor who has made his fortune in traditional markets, recently talked about Bitcoin and said that any other cryptocurrency would never replace it.
He is recently interviewed by CryptoPotato and had a lot to say about his cryptocurrency investments. One of the most exciting bits he said is that out of 10 investment opportunities in recent years, six have been related to cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology.
O’Leary also believes that no other cryptocurrency will compete with Bitcoin in terms of market dominance. He thinks it has more to do with its early position than anything else because now “you have a whole bunch” of coins that can compete on an equal footing with bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies like Ethereum and Litecoin.
Kevin has been a long-time believer in cryptocurrency, and he’s not alone. Satoshi Nakamoto created Bitcoin as an alternative to traditional currencies like those in China or Venezuela, where governments can change their value overnight. It doesn’t have that problem because it lives on multiple computers worldwide and isn’t controlled by any one person or company.
Crypto investors everywhere are eagerly waiting to see which cryptocurrency will be the next big thing. Bitcoin is still king, but there’s a growing list of contenders gunning for it from all corners of the globe!
