Thursday, Blue Macellari announced on LinkedIn that she had joined T. Rowe Price as head of digital assets strategy.

Bitcoin exchange OKX promoted Frederica Tompkins to director of brand marketing and Kim Murphy to the position of director of events.
Tompkins joins OKX after working for Chanel and Ralph Lauren. Murphy has a background in event production and charity, where she assisted in the organisation of concerts, conferences, and intimate gatherings.
OKX has partnered with Manchester City, McLaren Racing, and the Tribeca Festival this year. Rachel Conlan has been leading brand marketing and partnerships for the exchange worldwide since her hiring earlier this year.
OKX’s hire of female executives coincides with its joint research with LinkedIn indicating a shortage of IT expertise and women in the blockchain business. In June, the study revealed that there were around four times as many males as women in the industry.
